LM12749/LM12711 Taper roller bearing consists of four components: the cone, or inner ring; the cup, or outer ring; the tapered rollers, or rolling elements; and the cage, or roller retainer.
LM12749/LM12711 Tapered roller bearings have specially designed raceways and asymmetrical rollers. The bearings can accommodate axial loads acting in one direction and simultaneously acting radial loads. The load is transmitted between the raceways via the rollers at an angle to the bearing axis, while the flange guides the rollers.

LM12711 Tapered Roller Bearing Advantages :

1. The angle is expressed by the calculation coefficient E. The greater the e value, the greater the contact angle, the greater the applicability of bearing to bear the axial load.

2. Tapered roller bearings are particularly suited to withstand combined (radial and axial) loads.

3. The clearance of single row tapered roller bearings needs to be adjusted by the user during installation; 4.The clearance of double row and four row tapered roller bearings has been given according to the user's requirements when the product is out of the factory, and need not be adjusted by the user.
