In 2013, ASOE bring its’ hose into trenchless pipe rehabilitation
technology. Now we are one of the most professional trenchless

solutions for pressure pipes and gravity pipes.
♦For pressure pipeline, such as water main or gas pipe, we provide Pipe-in Liner™ Fabric Reinforced Flexible Plastic Pipe solution. This kind of
solution could repair pipe diameter from DN50 to DN800, pressure
rating up to 4.2Mpa.
♦For gravity pipeline, such as storm pipe or sewage pipe, we provide FFPP™ Folded and Formed Plastic Pipe solution. It‘s a factory-made
modified PVC Liner, very easy to install.

The FFPP™ liner uses existed manhole to install, no need for extra
construction pits. All equipments are placed in the ASOE FFPP™
support vehicle(for sale), the liner itself is also coiled and
stocked in the vehicle.
The forming process uses steam, no resin is usd in the forming
process. No need to worry about the discharge of contaminated
water.
The basic installation proedure is as follows:
1. Pre‐Installation CCTV Inspection
2. Heat FFPP™ to soften it
3. Insert the FFPP™ Liner into the host pipe
4. Using steam to heat and expand the Liner
5. Cool the FFPP™ Liner until it turns hard
6. Post‐Installation CCTV Inspection
7. Reinstatement of Service Connections
The whole installation process will takes about 4-5 hours. After
the installation, FFPP™ will form a rigid PVC pipe inside the host
pipe. This pipe could hold the inside flow and the outside pressure
from the heavy load above the host pipe.
