The tester is designed and manufactured according to IEC 60335-2-5 household and similar electrical appliances – safety: part 2-5: particular requirements for dishwashers, clause 23.3; EN 60335-2-7 clause 23.3; IEC 60335-1 clause 23.3, It is used to test whether the internal wiring of the dishwasher door has sufficient bending resistance under the action of the repeated opening and closing door, or whether the protective layer is sufficient to resist the interference of the relative movement of other components without damage to verify the reliability of the internal wiring; Used to assist other tests for repeated door opening and closing actions.

Test principle

The edited program is used to control the robot arm driven by the motor to drive the door or the lid sucked by the vacuum suction cup to reciprocate at a certain speed, thereby verifying the reliability of the internal wiring.
