Hopper series are widely used in Medical, Biological and Food Industries, used as materials storaged, transported, mixed andso on. They can be equipped with hoisting equipment to transport materials in a sealed way, with mixing equipment to finishthe process of mixing materials, with cleaning equipment to finish the process of cleaning. The design can realize to pile hopperone above another, in order to saving areas.

Features:

1. The range of volume: 100L 10000L, meeting the requirements of more usages.

2. Material quality series: SUS304/316L; the documentary testifications of material quality: the original factory , the third-party,the self-checking and the managing system of solder wire.

3. The technology of welding: carry out GTAW, examining report--radial inspection machine.

4. Treatment:insde highly polishing: Ra<0.2цm , outside semigloss:Ras0.4um; providing treatment examining report; providingstainless steel intergranular corrosion examining report ; providing pickling passivation experimental data of hopper surface;convenient cleaning.

5. The concentricity of in and out of the mouth is designed within 2-4mm, to compeletely make materials dropping equably.

6. Structural parts are required high strength,big radian not allowing dead angle ,without residual material.

7. Inlet cover is equipped with silicon rubber sealing ringand clamp , to make sure material in a sealed situation, as well as providinghopper cover water leakage test.

8. Outlet is equippted with fast loading structure of butterfly valve of European health standard; convenient teardown andcleaning; safe equipment; excellent sealing; providing butterfly valve water leakage test.

9. Choosing Pu trundles with excellent resilience ,as well as protecting cleaning areas undamaged , which confirms GMP standard.

10. We also can design and produce special hoppers based on our customers' requirements.
