WNS Series High Efficiency Oil Fired Steam Boiler

The product model is the WNS, which is a horizontal internal combustion three-cylinder (gas) combustible boiler with a wet back structure. The corrugated furnace and the combustion barn are the first return, the second return is the flue gas pipe, and the third return consists of the economist and condenser. The boiler is equipped with complete automatic control device and safety protection device to detect automatic control of water level, alarm and shutdown of lowest water level; automatic boiler prevention, automatic fire burner adjustment and flameout protection to ensure safe operation of the boiler.

The boiler softens the water first into the condenser and is pumped to the condenser and returns to the soft water tank (while cooling the flue gas). The preheated demineralized water is sent to the economist by the feed pump, further heated by the economist, and then sent to the boiler body.
