Self Adapting
Product Description
The weighing machine can be installed on the scaffold above the
machine, and can be installed on the scaffold next to the machine,
with a vacuum suction machine for conveying raw materials to the
molding machine, or on the floor above the molding machine.
Weighing and metering of raw materials can be accomplished by
pneumatic valve or micro screw feeding device (optional). Each
material is directly sent to a weighing plate made up of a high
precision weighing unit (load cell). When all raw materials are
weighed correctly, the whole batch of raw materials will be sent to
the mixing bin. The high efficiency raw material agitator will mix
raw materials evenly, then fall into the bin or directly enter the
feed inlet of the molding machine. The material level sensor in the
mixing bin controls the whole metering feeding process.

Gravimetric Batch Blender is ideal for use in injection, blow
molding, and extrusion operations.

1) Gravimetric Batch Blender is designed and developed for dosing
granulate, free flowing regrind, masterbatch
and/or additives.
2) Gravimetric dosing and mixing unit that blends up to 8 materials
with a great level of accuracy and repeatability.
3) Self-adapting proportioning control:automatically correct the
material charging error and the precision error is less than 0.1%.
System Principle
According to the weighing and measuring principle,the precise rate
of each component can be inspected and controlled.
Self-adapting Algorithm is adopted to make sure the feeding
precision.
