【NC Servo Spiral Knife Cutoff】
FUNCTION
The Cutoff is placed between slitter scorer and stacker. It is used
for horizontal cutting of paper bord, Spiral knife used for smooth
high-speed cut. Permanent magnet synchronous AC servo motor and
controller ensures high efficiancy, precision, reliability. Press
rollers, press wheels, conveyor belts used to ensure stable
conveying.

The precision gear is made after forging, fine finishing, and heat
treating, with tiny backlash clearance, smooth transmission and
lower noise.
High cutting precision, at average speed: ≤±1mm ; at average
variable speed: ≤±1.5 mm.
