High-speed spindle components are one of the most critical

high angular acceleration. If the drive of the main shaft passes
through the intermediate link such as the belt drive, it will not
only slip at high speed, generate vibration and noise, but also
increase the moment of inertia. It is very difficult to quickly
stop the machine spindle. The high-speed machining machine spindle
system is almost always in the form of an integrated structure
driven directly by an AC servo motor. The integrated spindle has
two forms: one is to directly connect the motor to the main shaft
through the coupling, and the other is to integrate the rotor and
the main shaft of the motor.
High-speed machine tools must have both a high-speed spindle system
and a high-speed feed system, not only to increase productivity,
but also to achieve the normal working conditions of the tool
during high-speed cutting, otherwise it will cause sharp wear of
the tool and damage the surface quality of the machined workpiece.
The feed system only makes sense to achieve high speed in a short
period of time and to achieve a quasi-stop in a short period of
time. In order to achieve high-speed feed, in addition to the
improved ball screw pair, linear motor drive has become the
development direction of high-speed feed systems.
