Linear vibrating screen is a kind of equipment that utilizes the
excitation of vibrating motor to make the materials be thrown up
and forward for linear motion. The materials for the vibrating
feeder evenly enter the feeding port of screening machine, through
the screening of multilayer screens; they are discharged from each
exit. This vibrating screen has the features of low energy
consumption, high productivity, simple structure, easy maintenance,
fully enclosed structure, no dust and automatic nesting, which is
more suitable for work of assembly line.
Applicable Range
The linear vibrating screen also can be applied to the screening
and grading of powder and granular materials, which is widely used
plastics, chemical industry, building materials, food, carbon,
chemical fertilizer industry and so on.
Working Principle
Linear vibrating screen adopts dual vibrating motors. When the two
motors do synchronized and reverse rotation, the generated
centrifugal force is offset in the parallel direction of motor
axis, and stacked together as a resulting force in the
perpendicular direction of the motor axis. Hence, the screen
trajectory is a straight line. There is a inclination in the
relative sieve surface of two motors, under the resulting force of
exciting force and the force of gravity, the material was thrown up
on the screen and leaped forward for linear motion so as to achieve
the purpose of screening and grading of materials. It can be
applied to the assembly line to achieve the automatic work, which
has the features of low energy consumption, High efficiency, simple
structure, easy maintenance, fully enclosed structure, no dust and
so on. Besides, it can screen 7 kinds of materials with different
granularity.
