Vertical Pressure Leaf Filter description:
The refining process of oil products and chemical products mainly
involves decolorization and removal of mechanical impurities (such
as filtered bleaching soil and activated carbon), and filtration is
a key factor. The plate sealed filter is an intermittent type of
filtration. When the filter residue accumulates to a certain
extent, there must be a cleaning step. In order to ensure
continuous filtration operation, the main machine of the filter
must be equipped with two sets. During the filtration process, the
filter cake should not be overfilled. The filter cake can only be
blown dry and easily removed when the adjacent filter cakes are
kept at a space of about 2cm. When the filtration reaches the
maximum allowable filtration pressure (≤ 0.4Mpa), slag discharge
should begin.
