ADVANTAGES

TESTING PROCEDURES

1. Clean the exposed part of the instrument, especially the test stand and the presser foot side shaft, must not be covered with dust and fiber

2. According to the requirements of the tested fabric, select the area of the presser foot, press the time and weight, replace the selected presser foot and add the press weight.
3. According to the test needs, the pointer rotates to "continuous" or "single", "10 seconds" or "30 seconds" indication position, turn on the power, press the start button
4. Adjust the zero position of the dial indicator, adjust the zero position, test several times, observe the zero position and start testing
5. Turn on the power and turn on the power switch. The power indicator is on. (Power single-phase safety socket ground must be grounded)
6. When the presser foot is raised, place the tested fabric or specimen on the test bench without tension.
7. After the presser foot presses the measured object for 10 seconds, the timing indicator lights up automatically. After the timing indicator goes out, the buzzer sounds. At this time, the thickness value shown on the dial indicator should be read as soon as possible and Good record
8. When the continuous test is used, the presser foot will automatically rise after the timing indicator goes out, automatically up and down, work cycle, and the presser foot will not reciprocate when a single test is used.
9. The measured fabric can be moved to a new test position using the clearance time of the presser foot up and down

11. During the test, press the stop key to end the test. Hold down the lift button and hold the presser foot until the release button is released.
