Surface treatment: Electrostatic spraying has a fully automatic production line, use Aksu powder, concrete technology and quality are:
1)black billet → chemical rust remover to remove surface dirt spray → phosphate → finished leveling curing;
2) the shelf surface with epoxy powder spraying process, coating thickness of 60 to 80 microns;
3)electrostatic powder coating adhesion to GB92865-88 standard, level 0 requirements;
4)hardness, wear resistance is 100 times more than ordinary nitro, to GB6739-86 standard in 2H requirements;
5)corrosion resistance (hydrochloric acid experiment) GB1771-91 is greater than 500 hours.
