Oil presser basis Information:
Screw type cold oil press machine has the advantages of automatic
temperature control, a squeeze net, high oil extraction rate,
vacuum filtration, high-efficient production and so on. The
multi-functional screw type oil press machine can make sesame,
peanut, rapeseed, tea seed, soybean, sunflower seed, flax, cotton
seed, corn, walnut and other 20 kinds of oil materials for oil
processing. Through the vacuum filtration, the oil liquid is
fragrant and seductive, crystal pure, safe and sanitary, and can be
directly consumed or bottled for sale.
Working priciple:
The working principle is that the oil is extruded from the material
embryo and discharged from the slots and oil troughs of the strip
and circle rows by the continuous pushing of the material embryo in
the squeezing chamber and the change of the space volume of the
squeezing chamber from large to small, and the oil can be directly
eaten in a barrel after deep filtration of the oil tank.
