M1080B is suitable for centerless grinding of cylindrical parts and ring parts, suitable for mass production. After the cutting mechanism is added, it can be used for the centerless plunge grinding of the cone parts and the formed revolving parts with a taper of not more than 1:20.

The M1080B lathe layout adopts an overhanging structure, which is convenient to replace the grinding wheel. The guide wheel shaft adopts an inner cone type sliding bearing. The user can select the cutting mechanism, the long workpiece through grinding bracket, the magnetic separator of the cooling system and other components to enhance the performance.

Maintenance:
1. For the maintenance of the centerless grinder: the surface of the centerless grinder and the motor, the surface of the heat dissipating equipment must be kept clean, and the polishing consumable powder should be cleaned regularly.
2. Check and tighten the handles, feed handwheels, screws, nuts and other parts. Keep the machine in good condition.
