Tungsten carbide rod (also named as cemented carbide rod), are used
in making high quality carbide cutting tools for the machining of
heat-resistant alloys and Ti alloy, such as end mill, drill,
reamer.

5. Common diameter from 1mm---30mm
6. Diameter tolerance: +0.3--0.8mm; length tolerance: +0.3--1.8mm.

1. Our cemented carbide rods use dry isostatic pressing machine and
low press sintering technology,
which showed uniform distribution of coblat magnetic, high hardness
and bending strength.
2. Inner structure are more compact and well distributed in
metallographic test.
3. It can reach a mirror effect surface after accurate grinding.
Application
used in welding/making the drill bits/endmills/reamers .automobile
special cutters, printed circuit board special cutters, engine
special cutters, Horologe processing special cutters, integral
vertical milling cutter, graver and more.
Besides, they can but used for making of cemented carbide stamping
head, Core bar and perforation tools.
