Product Description
Conductive foam refers to the coating of conductive fabric on PU
foam with a series of treatments to make it have good surface
conductivity and can be easily fixed on shielding devices with
adhesive tape. Shielding materials with different profile shapes,
installation methods, UL grades and shielding properties are
available.
Conductive foam classification and application: conductive foam can
be divided into ordinary conductive foam gold-plated, nickel plated
copper conductive foam, conductive carbon foam plating, tin plating
conductive foam, foil foam and comprehensive conductive foam, SMT
I/O conductive foam pad, etc.
This Electrical Metal Plated Adhesive Backed Conductive Foam is
made of polyurethane foam coated with copper and nickel.
Compression is 25% to 75%.
The material will return to almost its original height when
released. The foam is covered with a layer of conductive
polyurethane to protect it from environmental influences and to
prevent burrs when cutting. Its conductivity is excellent in all
directions (X, Y, and Z). Conductive foam is fire retardant as well
as RoHS compliant.
