Plastic Granulator Extruder Application
1. Top Feed Granular Extruders are used especially in the
granulation of burrs. Screw diameter, aspect ration, number of
degassing zones, filter model and filter diameter are designed
according to the condition and form of material to be processed.
2. The screw and sleeve material is selected according to the type
of plastic to be machined, the screw geometry is designed according
to the screw, which gives extra protection against abrasive effects
of plastics. Screw and sleeve are hardened by subjecting to
nitration and intuction processes.
3. Plastics with different hardness and density can be granulated
with the same pressure and efficiency thanks to the main screw with
inverter (speed control) In this respect, productivity and high
quality are achieved. High energy saving is ensured thanks to the
direct coupling between the motor and the reducer, ceramic
resistors, insulated resistance cups and inverters.
Main characteristics
1. The extruder uses high efficient screw with frequency speed
control to achieve stable start of low speed.
2. The temperature errors can be controlled within ±1℃ by imported
temperature meter.
3. Different extruders are used according to different raw
materials.
4. The water collect basin for setting table is made by stainless
steel with top quality vacuum pump.
5. The tractor is controlled by inverter. It can lift manually or
automatically. The cutter uses overseas blade to position and cut.
