Double Room Drum Drop Testing Machine is suitable for the mobile
phone, PDA, electronic dictionaries, CD, MP3, remote control device
and other small portable electronic products which need continuous
rotary free falling testing. AS-DT-150 has two testing zones which
can do the test at the same time, through the testing times reach
to setting , then check the testing samples be damage or not.

TESTING PROCEDURES
1. Put the test sample into the drum

Main Features
1. This machine can be designed to meet 500 or 1000mm drop height
at the same time and test 2 mobile phones at the same time.
2. This machine adopts Taiwan speed motor drive and speed governor
for rotary speed setting, and it is synchronous belt wheel / drive,
and the noise is very low, and the operation is smooth.
3. The design of the operation panel is simple and easy to control,
the frequency can be displayed directly, the point can be
controlled and turned to facilitate the loading and unloading test,
and the number of setting will be alarm.

Test Process Description
In the process of using the analog user, the free drop action of
the mobile phone is tested.
Manually put the cell phone into the drum, and close the
transparent cover and the protective device. The motor drives the
roller against clockwise rotation and falls two times a week.
