Equipment Overview
The sand dust test box is named “Sand Dust Test Chamber”, which
simulates the destructiveness of sandstorm weather in nature and is
suitable for detecting the product's shell sealing performance. It
is mainly used for the IP5X and IP6X grades specified in the
enclosure protection grade standards. test. The equipment has a
vertical circulation of dust-carrying airflow. The test dust can be
recycled. The entire air duct is made of imported high-grade
stainless steel plate. The bottom of the air duct is connected with
the cone hopper interface. The inlet and outlet of the air blower
is directly connected with the air duct and is in proper position.
The diffuser at the top of the working chamber is connected to the
working body to form an “O” closed vertical dust blowing
circulation system, so that the airflow can flow smoothly and the
dust can be dispersed evenly. Adopt a single high-power low-noise
centrifugal fan, and use the frequency converter to adjust the wind
speed according to the test needs.

3Ensure the environmental conditions of performance: (ensure the
cooling rate and limit temperature)
4 using air-cooled cooling: ambient temperature: ≤ 25 °C
5 Air quality: No high concentrations of dust and corrosive gases,
no flammable or explosive gases;
6 At least at least 200mm space should be left around the test
chamber from the room;
7 The space for normal opening and closing of the door should be
left at the opening door of the equipment;

Packaging and Delivery:
1. Aluminium box and carton box, careful and tight package, make
sure the package is intact.
2. The package will be shipped by DHL/Fedex/TNT/EMS/UPS/China
post/EF-Express/Special line, as you have chose in the order.
