Equipment Overview
The digital display oxygen index tester complies with the national
standards for plastic combustion performance test methods such as
oxygen index method GB/T2406-2008 and textile combustion
performance test oxygen index method GB/T5454, etc. It is used to
evaluate the combustion performance of polymers under specified
test conditions. That is, the volume percent concentration of low
oxygen that the polymer just maintains combustion is determined.
Digital oxygen index meter applicability:
Applicable to the determination of the burning properties of
materials such as plastics, rubbers, fibers, foams, films, films,
and textiles.

Gas: Industrial nitrogen, oxygen, purity >99%; (user-supplied).
Igniter: It is made of a metal tube and has a nozzle with an inner diameter
of Φ2±1mm at the end and can be inserted into the combustion tube
to ignite the sample. The flame length is 16±4mm, and the size is
adjustable.
Self-supporting material sample holder: can be fixed on the axial
position of the combustion cylinder and can vertically clamp the
sample.
Non-self-supporting material sample holder: It can fix both vertical sides of the sample on the frame at the
same time

1. Control box: CNC machine tool forming, electrostatic spraying,
beautiful, anti-rust and anti-corrosion.
2. Burner: High-temperature resistant high-quality quartz glass
tube (inner diameter ¢85mm, length 300mm)
3. Outlet diameter: φ40mm
4. Mixer: Using glass bead filling, mix oxygen and nitrogen evenly.
(beads φ4.5mm fill height 95mm, a bag of signs)
5. Specimen fixture: self-supporting fixture, and can clamp the
specimen vertically; (optional non-self-supporting specimen rack)
