PART 1 INTRODCUTION ANDAPPLICATION:
Pvc/pp corrugated roofing sheet extrusion line designed and produced by Leader Machinery can continuously produce various-shape roofing sheets with corresponding shaping moulds. This complete plant includes: high speed mixer, conical twin screw extruder, T-type die head, corrugation forming moulds, haul off machine, cutting device and stacker etc.

This line mainly consists of main extruder, T die and calibrating downstream parts ,which can continuously extrude single layer or multi-layers glazed tiles. This product, main layer is PVC ,with cheaper price and widely used; co-extrusion layer is ASA/PMMA ,surface soooth and beautiful ,corrosion-resistance. Widly used for all kinds of construction building roofing materials,like garden-style factory, tourist scenic spot, pavilion, hotel, family building etc.


PART 2 FEATURES OF THIS LINE:
1. Extruder: single-screw extruder PP / PE / PC, conical twin-screw extruder PVC.
2. T die head: The hanger-type flow structure, a suitable compression ratio to ensure the stability of material flow evenly.
3. Calibrating molds: rational design, the unique design of the cooling flow to ensure the accuracy of products,
4. Hauling machine: roller traction, using high quality NBR rubber roller, pneumatic adjustment, and frequency speed adjustment.
5. Cutting Machine: Knife cutting, fast, good accuracy.


PART 3 MAIN TECHINICAL DATA:

PART 4 DELIVERY, PAYMENT AND OTHERS:
1. delivery time: 60 days after receiving the deposit
2. payment terms:30% for the prepayment by T/T and 70% for the downpayment by T/T before delivery or irrevocable L/C at sight can be available, too.
3. Packing details: wooden pallets and cases with stretching films
4. Guaranteed time: 18 months for the machenical parts and 12 months for the electrical parts.
5. Service: we will send 1-2 engineers to customers' factory to help them install, test the machine and also train their workers, but customers should bear the round tickets, accommodation, and salary etc.
