Storage rack post section roll forming line mainly consists of decoiler, levelling unit, punching unit, roll forming unit, cutting unit, control system and hydraulic system. Due to continuous punching, whole line speed of standard design is only 2-3 meters per minute. We have improved design to increase line speed for large production.

Vertical Post Section Sizes Adjustment

• Manually adjustment: adjust the spacers to change the gap between opposite rollers for different sizes.
• Automatically adjustment: roller stands can move in and out through the linear guide to change the gap between rollers automatically, users key in related data through touch screen.

Punching Options

• Hydraulic punching unit: low cost, low speed
• Power press: high speed and high precision, cost is a higher than hydraulic punching unit
