Brief Introduction:
iqualitrol UNIPOL-820 metallographic grinding and polishing machine
is mainly used for grinding and polishing metal materials. This
machine can be equipped with a pressure ring or a magnetic
adsorption method to place sandpaper and polishing pad, and the
work operation is more stable.
The magnetic adsorption is mainly to overcome the shortcomings of
the traditional card-polishing fabric pleating. The polishing
fabric with the pressure-sensitive adhesive is attached to the
polishing film and then adsorbed on the magnetic sheet. Secondly,
the replacement of the sandpaper and the polishing pad is more
convenient.

Applications of iqualitrol UNIPOL-820:
UNIPOL-820 is a heavy-duty grinding / polishing machine with two 8"
lapping plates and independent speed control. Upgraded magnetic
plates were installed in the machine, which makes installing
sandpaper/polishing pad quickly and easily. UNIPOL-820 is perfect
for use in a metallographic lab to prepare small samples faster and
easier.
Installation condition: This equipment is required to be used at an altitude of 1000m or
less, a temperature of 25 °C ± 15 °C, and a humidity of 55% Rh ±
10% Rh.
