A1:The PVC ceiling panel profile production line is mainly used for the extrusion production of PVC hollow lattice plates, gusset plates and profiles.
A2:The PVC ceiling panel profile production line adopts SJZ51/105; 55/110/120; 65/132; 80/156 conical twin-screw extruder, which is specially used for extrusion, plasticization and molding of PVC powder raw materials. It has the characteristics of high output, good plasticizing effect and low energy consumption. The conical twin-screw is rotated outward in the opposite direction, and combined with the quantitative feeding screw to control the feeding speed, the uniform extrusion effect of the raw material can be achieved.

A3:The cooling and cooling of PVC extruded profiles adopts vacuum setting, circulating water cooling system, and the connection between vacuum pipeline and cooling water pipeline is connected by copper joint. The cooling effect can be ensured while ensuring the degree of vacuum.

A4:The PVC profile traction adopts the upper and lower flat block traction track mechanism, the crawler lift adopts the cylinder control control, and has the function of adjustable pressure, thereby controlling the contact area and pressure of the track on the plate and the profile. Moreover, the opposite-direction traction rubber block can be added to conform to the traction of the profiled material, and the sheet profile is not pressed, thereby deforming the product.

A5:The PVC profile cutting machine adopts a lifting knife cutting machine, which is synchronously controlled with the main body extrusion and has accurate cutting.
