1. Packing: Shelf board in five layers carton; Upright frame in bubble film
2. Each lever height adjustable freely.
3. Upright and beam is formed by high-quality cold rolled steel, with an omega shaped section to make sure they are very strong.
4. Box beam or step beam used. Beam can be freely adjusted by pitch 75mm.
5. Connection of the upright and beam is by wedging, equipped with safety pin to make sure of the safety.
6. Rich accessories: upright protector, guide rail, frame barrier, row spacer, steel shelf, etc.

Production Process:

1) Semi-finished products part: Through punching and bending machines, Cold rolled steel materials are changed to columns pipes Semi-finished products; steel sheets board will be make to steel layer, brackets, back panel etc.

2) Cleaning part: We have 10 cleaning pools. Cleaning Oil pool - Water pool - Pickling pool - Water pool - Alkali washing pool - Water pool - Acid-base neutralization pool - Water pool - Phosphate pool - Water Pool

3) After cleaning process, semi-finished products will be hanging on the spraying lines to powder coated.

4) Package.
