    Sterile tank technical operation Process:


    1, Steam sterilization of tanks and valve blocks


    All tanks and tubing in contact with the sterile product were steam sterilized with a steam temperature of 140 ° C and a pressure of 0.27 MPa through two 25 μm steam grade filters. When the tank temperature rises to 115 ° C and the tank temperature is 140 ° C, sterilization can begin for 2400 s.


    2, Cooling of tanks and valve blocks


    After the tank is steam sterilized, the cooling water is automatically sprayed by the spray pipe in the jacket, and the temperature of the tank is lowered, and the pressure inside the tank is lowered. In order to prevent the pressure from falling too fast, the pressure sensor at the bottom of the tank opens the solenoid valve and the regulating valve to pass the sterile air into the tank to maintain the pressure balance of the tank. The cooling time is 900s.


    3, Filling

    During the process of filling and discharging materials, the degassing sterile air enters the upper part of the tank through two 0.22μm air filters and pressure regulating valves, so that the pressure at the bottom of the tank is always constant, thus ensuring filling The machine is stably supplied. At the same time, 0.1 MPa of steam is passed through the steam line connected to the material pipe and the aseptic valve to form a sterile barrier to ensure the sterility of the filling process.


    4, CIP cleaning


    The CIP cleaning pipeline is provided with two paths: after the production is stopped, the operator issues a cleaning command, the pipeline is connected to the CIP cleaning fluid, and the ball is cleaned by the rotating cleaning ball at the top of the pipe, and the tank and the pipeline are cleaned; An organically connected sterile valve cleans the filler and tubing. Since the inner wall of the tank body and the pipeline are highly smooth and have no dead angle, the bacteria cannot stay, thereby ensuring the sterility of the pipeline.

    Firstly, the lye solution with a concentration of 1% and a temperature of 70 ° C was washed for 5 minutes on the inner wall of the tank; then the tank was rinsed with cold water for 10 minutes. If there is scale on the inner wall of the tank, it should be cleaned with 1% acid solution for 20 minutes, then rinsed with water to discharge all the liquid.


    5, Process control


    The entire production process is automatically controlled by the PLC according to the process requirements.
