Floating ball valves offer quick quarter-turn operation, visual
indication of the valve position, straight uninterrupted flow and
compact size. The floating ball is sustained by two valve seats,
one on the upstream and the other on the downstream side of the
valve. The upstream pressure pushes the ball to the downstream seat
ring, compressing the seat to shut off the fluid, guaranteeing
bubble-tight sealing. The full bore design minimizes pressure drop
across valve while maximizing flow capability for general line
services.
Stainless Steel Ball Valves are widely used in Steam, Gas, Water,
Chemical, Petrochemical and other general utility services. The
investment cast valves offer low operating torque with quarter turn
lockable handle. Removing handle allows for easy mounting of
electric or pneumatic actuators with the industry standard ISO5211
direct mounting pad. This insures precision shaft alignment and
eliminates the need for additional brackets and couplings.
Kolink stainless steel ball valves are available in 304 or 316
stainless steel in sizes from 1/4" up to 12", and in various
connection ends such as: NPT (threaded), flanged, socket weld, butt
weld, and tri-clamp, also in types of 1 piece uni-body, 2 piece
split body & 3 piece bolted body. The valves are designed and
manufactured with standard features of Fire Safe, Anti-static and
Blow-out proof designs.
