Description:
Stationary Dock Leveler is a fixed loading equipment and widely used as a bridge between platform and the truck. It allows the forklift to move conveniently. One side of this equipment has the same height with platform, and the other side connecting with the truck and it can adjust height according to different truck and different carriage in the process of loading .Its size and loading ability can be designed according to customer's requirements.

Installtions:
A. Install dock leveler and/or dock lift unit in prepared opening in accordance with manufacturer's instructions.
B. Set square and level.
C. Anchor unit securely, flush with dock. Weld back of dock leveler to pit frame. Touch-up welds with matching paint.
D. Install dock bumpers in accordance with manufacturer's instructions.
