Like a single layer roof/wall sheet roll forming machine, double layer machine is also used for producing metal roof/wall sheet with galvanized steel coils or color coated steel coils. The difference is that with double layer design, one machine can produce two different roof or wall cladding panels.

Two sets of roll forming units are installed on common machine base, and both up and bottom roll forming units share the decoiler, motor, control system, hydraulic system. So double layer machine solution has the advantages of saving cost and floor area. But both up and bottom layer can not work at the same time. When clients need large and continuous production, we do not suggest double layer design.
