This production line is especially applicable for producing soft wadding(padding), fiberfill products using synthetic fiber and chemical binder.This line is to make thermal bonding wadding for garment, mattress, chemical bond wadding, 3M-Thinsulate waddings for lining, quilts,hometextiles, and so on. The hard wadding/stiff wadding is used for making mattress.

Thermal Bonding Production Line

Applications:

This production line is especially applicable for producing soft wadding(padding), fiberfill products using synthetic fiber and chemical binder.It is used to make beddings mattress,cushion,heating insulating material and so on used in field of home textile and so on. Producing stiff wadding to replace sponge

1. Made up of opener, feeder, carding machine, cross lapper, oven, cooling device,calender, coiling and edge-cutting machine

2.Heating methods: burner, boiler, electrical heating.

3.Product net width:1800-4500mm

4. Product specification: 60 - 8,000gsm,6000gsm with 10cm and 2000gsm with 20cm

5. Production capacity: 80 - 500kg/h or upto 800kgs/h

Trade information:

1. Payment terms: 30% as deposit paid by T/T, 70% as balance should be paid off before delivery;

2. Lead time: 120 working days upon receipt of down payment;

5. Warranty: The Seller gives a mechanical warranty for all machine parts except from the wearing parts and the problem caused by wrong operation and other man-made factors; the respective warranty period shall be twelve (12) months after mechanical and electrical commissioning.

6. After-sale service: The seller is responsible for installation and debugging. The buyer is responsible for the round-trip airplane tickets, accommodation, medical treatment, safety and relative fees. In addition the buyers should assign translator, workers, electrical cable (from machines to control panel and from power to control panel) and tools for installation to cooperate with the work. Installation cost is USD180/Day/engineer and totally installation period is about 40 days depending on well cooperation of the buyer.
