Pick and place machine consists of host, head assembly, vision system, feeding platform, axis configuration.

Host:

①　Main Power Switch: Turn the main power on or off

②　Vision Monitor: Displays the image or component and symbol recognition obtained by moving the lens.

③　Operation Monitor: Displays the VIOS software screen for machine operation. If there is an error or a problem during operation, the correction information is also displayed on this screen.

④　Warning Lamp: Indicates the operating conditions of the placement machine in green, yellow and red.

Green: The machine is in automatic operation

Yellow: Error (return to origin cannot be performed, pick up error, identify fault, etc.) or interlock generation.

Red: The machine is in an emergency stop state (the machine or YPU stop button is pressed).

⑤　Emergency Stop Button: Press this button to trigger an emergency stop immediately.

Head assembly:

Work head assembly: Moves in the XY direction (or X direction), picks up parts from the feeder and mounts them on the PCB.

Our transmission direction is both direction, transmission mode is auto online drive.

Vision system:

For vision system, there usually have Moving Camera, Single-Vision Camera, Backlight Unit, Multi-Vision Camera.

Moving Camera: Used to identify the mark or position or coordinate tracking on the PCB.

HT-E8S have 2 sets of imported cameras, it is vision for the flight identification, mark correction.

Feeding platform:

Feeding platform is with feeders, bulk feeders and tube feeders (multi-tube feeders), they can be mounted on the front or rear feed platform of the placement machine.

Our feeding way is electric feeder with double motor, support non-stop material re-loading function, there are dual mode, totally 40 pcs feeders station, 16 pcs nozzles.

Axis configuration:

Our machine, the x axis is high-end magnetic linear motor, the y axis and z axis is servo motor
