1.PCB:

HT-F7 suitable for max pcb size is 1200*330 mm, min pcb size is 80*330 mm.The pcb thickness is 0.5-5 mm.We use adjustable pressure pneumatic for PCB clamping,

And the mounting mode is group to pick and group to pick.

2.Vision system:

There are 5 sets of imported camera for vision alignment, mark correction. Our repeat precision reach 0.02mm.

3.Operating system:

The system is windows 7, software is R&D independently, display is LED monitor, input device is keyboard and mouse.

2. Regular maintenance inside and outside the machine, keep it clean, no oil, no rust.

3. During work , for reduce danger, do not wear scarves, necklaces, etc.
