1.Conveyor:

The pcb transport organization is an ultra-thin belt transport system that is placed on the guide rail. Usually the belt is installed at the edge of the track. Its function is to send the PCB to the reserved position, and then send it to the next process.

Our conveyor transmission max length is 500 mm, the speed is more than 500mm/sec. And the direction is single(left to right or right to left). It is auto online drive.

2.High-end magnetic linear motor

The drive system is the key organization of the placement machine and the primary goal for evaluating the accuracy of the placement machine. It includes the XYZ drive layout and servo system. The function includes supporting the movement of the placement head and supporting the PCB load level.

Our multifunctional machine x axis is high-end magnetic linear motor and y axis and z axis is servo motor.
