HT-XF is the high speed pick and place machine, it is very suitable for LED Tube, Flexible strip, display, bulb, panel light.

There are three features of HT-XF:

1.Very high speed, the mounting speed around 150000-170000 chip per hour.

2. It can apply to the 0.6/0.9/1.2 meter led rigid pcb and 0.5/1 meter flexible strip.

3.It is very intelligent, can mounting LED 3014/3020/3528/5050, and resistors, capacitors, bridge rectifiers, and so on.

From the picture you can see it is the single module, and the length is 2.7m, the width is 1.9m, the height is 1.53m, it is total 1300kg. And the display is use the led monitor, apply to keyboard and mouse to input.

From this picture, we could see there are two mounting modules, and each mounting module are 17 heads. The mounting way is group to take and group to mount, very fast, can reach 170000 chip per hour.
