1. Product Description

Water Softener :Softened Water Equipment, As The Name Implies, Is a Device That Reduces Water Hardness. The Main Purpose Is To Remove Calcium And Magnesium Ions From The Water. In The Case Where The Influent Water Is Deep Well Water Or The Water Source Has a High Hardness, The Function Of Using The Softened Water Equipment Is To Remove Calcium And Magnesium From The Water.

The water through the sodium ion exchanger , the water, Ca +, Mg + is replaced by Na +.
General control valve operation process is: run , backwash , brine , slow wash , salt water tank , flushing.

4. Product Processing

Process: raw water tank + raw water pump + manual quartz sand filter + manual activated carbon filter +automatic water softener/chemical dosing system(optional) + security filter + high pressure pump + ro system + pure water tank + UV sterilizer(ozone generator) + precision filter + water supply point

1. Raw water Pump : Provide needed pressure for every pre-treatment filter

2. Quartz Sand Filter: fill quarts sand, it can filter big particles impurities, suspended substances, colloids etc.

3. Activated Carbn Filter: fill activated carbon, remove color, odor, residual chlorine and organics substances.

4. Water Softener Filter: Adopt cation resin to soften water, cation resin will absorb Ca2+, Mg2+(main elements for composing scale), reduce hardness of raw water, System can make resin intelligently regenerate, recycling

5. Salt Tank: fill industril salt, chemical reaction with resin

6. Security Filter: Prevent large particles, bacteria, viruses into RO membrane, accuracy is 5µm

7. High Pressure Pump: Provide needed working pressure for RO system, ensure production capacity of pure water.

8. RO Membrane: Can remove particles, colloids, organic impurities, heavy metal ions, bacteria, virus, heat source etc. harmful substances and 99% dissolved salts.
