Vacuum Planetary Mixer Application
The Vacuum Planetary Mixer is mainly applied in such industries as
daily chemical care products, bio pharmaceutical industry, food
industry, paint and ink, nanometer materials, petrochemical
industry, printing and dyeing auxiliaries, pulp & paper, pesticide,
fertilizer, plastic & rubber, electrics and electronics, fine
chemical industry, etc. The emulsifying effect is more prominent
for material of high base viscosity ad high solid content.
Vacuum Planetary Mixer Main composition
The Vacuum Planetary Mixer is mainly composed of water pot, oil
pot, emulsifying pot, vacuum system, lifting system(optional),
electric control system (PLC is optional), operation platform, etc.
vacuum homogenizer mixer consists of vacuum homogeneous emulsifying
machine, heating system, mixing system, vacuum system, electric
lifting system, operation control cabinet, piping system(oil pot
and water pot optional). It is the most suitable equipment to
produce high-grade skin care creams and other liquid products etc.

Water and oil pre-mixing tank
· High shear mixer 960rpm or slow mixer 60rpm
· Heating by steam or electricity
· Pipeline for material transfer to main emulsifying machine
Vacuum system:
· Water ring type vacuum pump or oil type vacuum pump
· Safety valve for protecting the Water ring type vacuum pump
After finish one batch, customer can choose positive pressure or
rotor pump for material out.
