Product Introduction
Fuel level monitoring system consists of:
1. SYW-A Magnetostrictive Probe
Installed in the tank, used for measuring fuel level and
temperaturer.
2. TCM-1 Touch Console
Used for display tank information, set alarm point, send conmmands
to external devices.
3. Valve Controller
Connect with shut-off valve and TCM-1 Console.
4. Shut-off Valve
Installed on the inlet port of the tank, Automatic closed to stop
loading immediately once received demands from Controller.
Operational principle
This system is composed of tank level gauge syste and overfill
prevention system. As the oil unloading from tank truck to
underground tank, the Real-time fuel level will be measured by fuel
level meter, when the oil in the tank reach to high level alarm (
90%), Level Meter will sent singal to Audible&Visual Alarm,
while the console sends a signal to the electric control valve,
control valve closed 70%, at this time gas station worker should
close the tank truck unloading valve. When the oil in the tank
reach to 95% Audible&Visual Alarm sound and light, and console
to send signals to control the electric butterfly valve is fully
closed, stop the unloading.
