Production process
Mix ingredients, mix all kinds of raw materials in the mixer
Melting (1650 c) : the raw material with good match is heated at
high temperature to form uniform bubble-free glass liquid
Forming (600 c) : cut the molten glass into molds
Blow bottle: a solid product in shape
Annealing: send the shaped glass bottle to the annealing machine
for annealing (the temperature that can be touched by human hands).
Finally, the product can be packaged after passing the inspection
