Gearbox Extruder Introduction
Gearbox Extruder is designed specially for plastic and rubber screw
extruder. It composed of high-precision gear and force-plate power
transmission device. The main character of Gearbox Extruder is high
strength alloy steel that being used for gear and shaft parts. Gear
goes through processes of gasification, quenching, and grinding.
Its precision could meet GB10095-88, DIN 6. Hardness of gear
surface could be HRC54-62. A big size thrust bearing uses in the
output part, which can bear axial shaft force of screw. Gearbox
Extruder also boasts its compact design, high bearing load, smooth
transmission, low noise and high efficiency.
