The NF-30 Composite tube filling and sealing machine is mainly used for the primary transmission principle. The indexing mechanism is used to drive the rotary table equipped with the clamp for intermittent movement, so as to complete a series of functions such as automatic filling, internal and external heating, sealing, pressing, turn-cutting, and finished product exit. The filling measurement is accurate, the heating time is stable, adjustable, and the sealing tail is beautiful, neat, firm and sanitary. The cutting is smooth. 8 stations are set in this machine, excepting for the manual processing, other processes can be completed automatically. The whole machine runs smoothly and reliably without noise and other pollution.

The whole machine and some related parts which contact materials are made of high-quality stainless steel, and quick-change devices are used for cleaning parts, which is convenient for washing and unloading. When some materials need heating insulation, a heating thermostat can be installed outside the material barrel. The machine can be used when plastic tubes and composite tubes are used as packaging materials. It is widely used in the cosmetics industry, pharmaceutical industry, adhesive industry, shoe polish industry and other related industries.
