Descriptions Of JH09 series :

JH09 series is a device complementary with JH01 series models. The cooling methods and traction cutting mode setting of JH09 is different form JH01. Cooling forming mode is use the vacuum wall type, traction and cutting is split. Traction use a crawler tractor, have a programmable design in cutting control. JH09 can produce tube with the thickness greater than 0.5mm and the hard tube is high demanding of roundness, also can be used with wide range of applications, for example : home appliances, decoration, automotive, tools and other small profiles.

JH09 traction and cutting machine uses PLC and servo control, with high automation, work stable, operate easily. Finished product have high dimensions consistency.

Optional equipment have hydraulic or pneumatic cutting.
