is a mechanical parts welding manufacturer that integrates design, manufacturing,
assembly, testing, and exporting, proudly providing a comprehensive
solution for mechanical parts. Our company is based on OEM, but
adhering to the concept of "quality priority, intellectual first",
while pursuing quality our company has gradually paid attention to
design and manufacturing processes, and expects to accomplish the
goal of over-OEM to ODM in the future.
Elite's production base is located in the beautiful City Kunshan,
with a factory area of 22,000 square meters and a construction area
of 14,000 square meters. Founded in 2011, our company has more than
100 outstanding employees, more than 20 office technicians, with a
high-level welding team consisting of several international welders
(ISO 9606-1 International Welders Certificate) and senior welders,
also with a group of skilled machining operators and a skilled
assembly team.
We passed the ISO9001 quality assurance system in 2011 and
established own quality control team. We continuously receive and
learn the customer's requirements for product quality, and
conscientiously implements the quality-first service-best
management concept, therefore we accumulated a good reputation in
the industry field and received customer’s recognition
simultaneously.
Our company has the CNC flame cutting machine, plasma cutting
machine, laser cutting machine, CNC boring and milling machine,
6meter CNC gantry machining center, 8meter gantry boring and
milling machine, 4meter CNC guide grinding machine, TRUMPF laser
cutting machine, 4 to 8 meters Bending machines and various common
welding machines.
We have High-precision testing equipment such as Hexagon gantry
three-coordinate detector(DEA ALPHA) , Leica laser tracker and
articulated arm measuring instruments. Besides using the efficient
equipment to solve problems, our technical team is constantly
researching new production processes to meet the new requirements
in the market, and also invest more advanced machining and welding
equipment.
At present, our main products focus on welding parts, machined parts,
industrial pressure platens, guide rods /column/pillar, press
roller, calender roller and other machine body with accessories,
for the large welded structural parts can be made to a single
weight of 15 tons, the thickness of the heating platen and
insulation board can be made a tolerance of ±0.1mm from 20mm to
200mm, the rod column can achieve Max. Φ300mm with length in 6
meter, surface with chromed coating by thickness up to 0.07mm.
We can also pre-assemble equipment components according to customer
requirements, such as assembly of some fixtures and welding line
bases. Our customers spread both domestic and foreign markets,
we’re working with some of FORTUNE GLOBAL 500 and eventually
becomes a long-term stable partner.
We attach great importance to the talent training strategy,
regularly conducts knowledge and operation standards training for
new employees, and enables competent employees to further study.
Currently we cultivated a group of assistant engineers,
intermediate welders, intermediate molders, electrical technicians,
welders, and testing personnel, with these people we're confident
