GBS is a specil manufacturer of Aluminium foilstock, which is suitable for rerolling into 0.0065--0.20 aluminium foils.

1 . Application.

This Specification is applied to rolling of Grade μm Aluminum foil

2. Item

2.1. Alloy / Temper : AA1235 /8011 H14

2.2 Size : 0.25mm-0.35MM × (650-1750mm) × C

3. Technical Requirements

3.2.1. Thickness Tolerance : +/- 3%

3.2.2 Width Tolerance : +/-1mm

3.2.3. Flatness tolerance : ≤ 20I

3.2.4. Loosen wraps are not allowed

Telescoping : Max.10mm

Lamination : Max. 5mm

3.2.5 Coil ID : 405mm/505mm

3.3 Outside Quality

3.3.1. Edge Quality : No tears and burrs and without impact wound at the edge.

3.4. Surface Quality

3.4.1 Surface shall be clean any oxidation.

3.4.2 Surface lightness shall be all of same

Roughness : 0.4 – 0.5μ

3.4.3 Surface shall be free from corrosion, slag inclusion, press in piece of non-metal and also without oil stain.

3.4.4 Surface shall be clean, without severe impact wound, roll mark, longitudinal striation, transversal striation, herringbone striation, pin holes which shall effect further rolling.

3.5 Internal Quality

3.5.1 Grain size : ≤40μ

3.5.2 Hydrogen contents : 0.12mL / 100g

4. Certificate of Quality

Supplier should issue the following Items:

Lot No., Alloy, Temper, Chemical composition, Mechanical Property, Weight, Lamination, Manufacturing date.

5. Packing / Marks

5.1 The following Items shall be indicated on the outside of packing :

Alloy, Temper, Lot No., size, gross weight and net weight.

5.2 Packing

Coil which sit eye to wall on wooden will be packed

Coil shall be packed with two layer plastic, think paper and fiber wooden sheet.

Coil shall be kept dry, clean and stability during transportation.

Packing shall be suitable to long-distance sea- worthy transportation, free from damp, corrosion.
