WNS series natural gas steam boiler is horizontal internal combustion three-return structure.

The gas formed after the combustion of the fuel transfers radiant heat through the wall of the furnace, which is the first return stroke. The high-temperature flue gas generated by the combustion converges in the back-combustion chamber and turns into the second return stroke, that is, the threaded tobacco pipe area.

After the convective heat transfer, the temperature of the flue gas gradually decreases, and the economizer and the condenser disposed at the top of the furnace are entered from the front smoke box, and finally the flue gas of the boiler is turned from the front smoke box to the third return path, that is, the light pipe bundle region. It then enters the economizer and condenser through the rear smoke box and is discharged into the atmosphere.

2. The condenser and economizer are installed at the tail of the boiler flue. The waste heat in the flue gas is used to increase the inlet water temperature of the boiler. The exhaust gas temperature is reduced to 60 degrees, and the thermal efficiency is increased to over 98%.
