Lifting ring splint system

The braided rope at the two ends of the metal net is welded firmly to the stainless steel rod at the top or bottom. During the processing of accessories, the stainless steel hanger rod is welded firmly to the stainless steel flat steel. During the installation, the two ends of the metal net are clamped with two pieces of stainless steel flat steel (one welded with the hanger rod and the other not welded with the hanger rod), tightened and clamped firmly with screws, and fixed on the reserved corner yards or installation pieces of concrete. Stainless steel flat steel should be on the same horizontal plane.

Double-hanging ring threading rod

The two ends of the metal net are reserved with the positions where the stainless steel rods can pass through. 4-5 stainless steel rods are required to be reserved from the top or bottom of the rod penetrating position. The braided rope is welded firmly with the stainless steel rods from the top or bottom. During installation, the stainless steel rods are reserved with the positions where the stainless steel rods pass through the metal net. While the stainless steel rods pass through, the stainless steel rings are gradually sleeved on the stainless steel rods according to the arranged distance and fixed on the angle yards or installation pieces reserved in the concrete. The spacing and horizontal direction of stainless steel suspenders shall be consistent, and the positions of upper and lower suspenders shall be on the same vertical line

Screw rod, steel pipe and regulating member system

Two ends of the metal net are additionally provided with an excess net piece (aiming at the connection between the stainless steel rod and the metal net), and the excess net piece is connected with the metal net in series. During installation, the upper part penetrates the stainless steel rod into the edgewise net piece and is hung on the concrete wall surface fixing piece, the lower part penetrates the stainless steel rod into the edgewise net piece, and the stainless steel hanging ring is gradually sleeved on the stainless steel rod according to the arranged interval and is fixed on the concrete wall surface ground, etc.

Track and pulley system

One end of the metal mesh string adopts a ring to fix the mesh and the pulley, the pulley is distributed in a set of 120 mm to 150 mm, the rail is fixed on the wall surface or ceiling, and the pulley is loaded into the rail in turn and then evenly distributed on the whole rail.
