Epoxy Coating
Factory applied coating with Pure as a binder such as:
Fusion bonded epoxy powder applied by spraying or dipping in
fluidized bed on preheated parts,
Two-pack liquid epoxy consisting of a base and a catalyst
compeonent which is mixed together in the proportion specified by
the manufaturer before use.
Production flow
During production process, we carry out tests on line strictly.
The hydraulic test pressure of the ductile cast iron pipes is as
follows:

Appearance and continuty
The epoxy coating of the final product shall be of:
Uniform colour, except for permitted marking;
Uniforn appance and smoothness, except for admissible repairs;
Free of vesible defects(pinholes,bubbles,blisters,wrinkles,cracks
or voids).
Packaging Details
1) Pipes are bundled together with the steel belt.
