Composite Pipe for underground coal mine strong coating adhesion
Mine pipe refers to a product specially developed for special
underground environmental conditions, which has the advantages of
flame retardant, antistatic, corrosion resistance, long service
life and strong safety. It is mainly used in five systems: mine
drainage pipe (KS), mine grouting pipe (KJ), mine positive pressure
air pipe (KFZ), mine negative pressure air pipe (KFF), mine gas
drainage pipe (KW).

Coating adhesion is strong: physical method is used for advanced
treatment of the base pipe. The pretreatment meets Sa2.5 standard.
Microcomputer is used for automatic preheating control and
production. Coating adhesion is higher than national standard.
Flame retardant and antistatic performance is good: flame retardant
and antistatic indicators meet the requirements of underground gas
drainage pipe indicators. Flame retardant: The arithmetic average
of flameless combustion time is less than 3S and the maximum is
less than 10s; the arithmetic average of flameless combustion time
is less than 20s and the maximum is less than 60s. Antistatic:
internal and external surface resistance ≤1.0×106Ω
Good hygienic performance, low fluid resistance: in line with the
drinking water standards of the Ministry of Health, no fouling, no
breeding of microorganisms, no secondary pollution of fluids. The
inner wall is smooth and the conveying efficiency is high.
