Introduction of Grout Mixer Machine
Grout Mixer Machine for sale is used to mix cement and water
evenly, then pour into grouting pump,in order to doing the grouting
work efficiently. when working, water and cement according certain
ratio is added into the grout-making tank, then, the materials work
in the high speed continuous flow to be compounded equably under
the action of the grout-making pump. The compounded grout is
discharged into the store tank through the valve, in which there
are two pieces of paddle can prevent from depositing and eduction.

Grout Mixer Machine Application:
1. The machine is mainly used to make cement grout.
2. It can be equipped with grout pump and used for tunnel
excavation and maintenance, mining well engineering, dam
construction, foundation treatment of big bridges and high
building, and pressure grouting of all kinds of underground
constructions.
Operation of Grout Mixer Machine
Close the valve. Add the water into the grout-making tank and start
the tank. The water should flow violently, then,add the cement in a
certain ratio. Cement and water is compounded quickly. Stop the motor until the
grout is compounded well (about 3 minutes).
- After the grout is compounded well, start the store tank.Turn the
valve handle to open the valve, the grout is discharged into the store
tank. After discharging, close the valve.
- Open the discharge valve of the store tank and start the grouting
pump to do the grouting work.
- Repeat 1 and 2.
- Clean the grout-making tank and store tank in time after the work
finish
