1, General Description
This steel coil decoiler cutting line is a new three-in-one servo
leveling feeder specially developed for stamping production of
medium and thick plates with wide material width and high yield
strength. Equipment feeding roller and leveling roller are
specially treated, hardness High, wear-resistant and long-life; the
grip roller surface is made of plowing electro-blasting and hard
chrome plating, which increases the friction between the roller and
the belt to ensure that the feeding accuracy will not be affected
by the slip during the feeding process. The new automatic oiling
device (option) is equipped at the discharge port, and the
oil-coated wheel is soft wool felt roll, which can help protect the
surface of the material and evenly spread the oil layer. The
Japanese servo motor is used to ensure high-precision feeding; the
operation panel adopts color liquid crystal display, large-size
touch screen, high-definition operation screen, and operation
safety protection system, even for the first time users can operate
with peace of mind; sound operating system humanized design, will
shorten the preparation work. The advanced automatic diagnosis
system helps the operator to quickly control the excellent
performance of the machine; the design concept of enhancing the
safety factor makes the safety and service life of the equipment
longer.
