QLAH-20 G3/4 High pressure one-way throttle valve
Description
Throttle valves are valves that control fluid flow by changing the
throttle section or throttle length. Parallel connection of
throttle valve and one-way valve can be combined into one-way
throttle valve.
Application
Throttle valves and one-way throttle valves are simple flow control
valves. In the hydraulic system of quantitative pump, throttle
valves and relief valves cooperate to form three throttle speed
control systems, namely, intake throttle speed control system,
return throttle speed control system and bypass throttle speed
control system. Throttle valves have no flow negative feedback
function and can not compensate for the speed instability caused by
load changes. They are generally only used in situations where the
load changes little or the speed stability requirements are not
high.
Principle
The shape and structure of the choke valve are not different from
that of the globe valve, but the shape of its opening and closing
parts is different. The opening and closing parts of throttle
valves are mostly conical streamlined, through which the flow and
pressure can be regulated by changing the cross-section area of the
passage. Throttle valves are used to reduce medium pressure in the
case of great pressure drop.
The medium flows very fast between the throttle disc and the valve
seat, so that the surface of these parts is damaged quickly, which
is called cavitation phenomenon. In order to minimize the effect of
cavitation, the valve disc is made of corrosion resistant material
(alloy steel) and a streamlined cone with a tip angle of 140-180,
which can also make the valve disc have a larger opening height.
Throttling under a small gap is generally not recommended.

the cost is low.
2. The adjustment accuracy is not high and can not be used for
adjustment.
3. The sealing surface is easy to erode and can not be used as
cutting medium.
